DDS beats 3A Charlotte Latin School 68-54

The DDS girls basketball team placed 3 players in double figures and substituted freely to get a well earned 68-54 win over the visiting Hawks from Charlotte Latin.  Maya Caldwell led all scorers with 28 pts. while also grabbing 8 rebounds. Parker Tompkins scored 15 pts. and hauled in 11 rebounds.  Ryann Sinclair enjoyed a good shooting night and also scored 15 pts. including 3 3pt. baskets.  The team is now 11-3 on the season.
