Boys varsity opens at home with a hard fought win.

Myles Mcgregor led a great team effort in an extremely hard fought victory tonight in Yates Gymnasium.  The Presbyterian signee scored 24 points to lead all scorers in the game.  Chris Meadows did a great job controling the tempo of the game and getting the ball to teammates in scoring positions.  He finished with career high 15 points of his own.  Garvin Stewart (10 points 10 rebounds) Gavin Rickard (8 rebounds) and Alex Sabates (9 points 6 rebounds) controlled the paint with toughness, interior scoring and rebounding.  Joe Hartman who had early foul trouble in the first half had all 8 of his points in the second half.  The Patriots move to 2-0 and will face a very good Carmel Christian team on Friday.
