Alum Thaddaeus Freidline '17 Nominated for "Best Music Direction"

Thaddaeus Freidline '17 today received a nomination for "Best Music Direction" for his work in the 2019 production of “Urinetown” by the Thalian Association Community Theatre in Wilmington, N.C., where he attends UNC-Wilmington.  

Freidline was nominated in this category and competes with four other nominees for the award, which will presented on March 11, 2020, at the StarNews Wilmington Theater Awards at Thalian Hall in Wilmington.
Nearly 50 productions by more than a dozen companies were eligible for the awards, and nominations were selected by committee.  "Urinetown" received nominations for Best Musical, Best Director of a Musical, Actor in a Musical, Supporting Actor in a Musical, Ensemble (Chorus) in a Musical, Choreography, Set Design, and Music Direction.
