Carmel Christian

Davidson Day traveled to Carmel Christian for a 2A baseball showdown. Both teams played extremely well and the game was decided in the last inning, in the last at bat of the game, with a full count, two outs, and a runner at third. The season is three games young but the DDS pitching staff has done an amazing job in all three games. Spencer Bright, Ryan Restino, and Alex Ansted were lights out on the mound vs. Carmel Christian. Offensive leaders for the Patriots include Seth McAulay (Home Run, RBI), Ben McMullen (1B, RBI), Spencer Bright (1B with a great hit and run), and Ryan Restino (4 for 4, RBI). Chase Saine added strong defensive plays at second base with four put outs. The Patriots are back in action vs. another 2A rival, First Assembly, on Thursday.
