The O'Neal School

Davidson Day traveled to The O’Neal School for a 2A-NCISAA baseball match-up. The Patriots played well off the jump scoring two runs in the first inning. The DDS seniors played very well yesterday and led the Patriots to victory, 11-3. Fletcher Graham was a rock at first base, Jake Dyer made three fantastic plays at short stop and had two key hits, and Alex Ansted pitched seven complete innings securing the game for the Patriots. Additionally, Ansted tossed a perfect game into the fifth inning before The O’Neal school broke it up with a seeing eye, lazy fly ball, over second base. Joel Serepca was a bright spot offensively for DDS and Spencer Bright threw out four O’Neal School baserunners.
