Salem Baptist
Davidson Day defeated 2A-NCISAA rival Salem Baptist by a score of 9-2 on Friday. The game was tight throughout but DDS busted it open in the top of the sixth inning. Seth McAulay hit a three run home run to give the Patriots some breathing room. Davidson Day added a few insurance runs after the big hit. Alex Ansted and Ryan Restino teamed up on the mound for the Patriots. Both pitchers kept Salem Baptist off balance.
