History & Achievements

The following represents a summary of the noteworthy achievements in the field of athletics for Davidson Day School over its brief history. Davidson Day school currently competes on the JV and Varsity levels as part of the 2A classification in the NCISAA (North Carolina Independent School Athletic Association) and is a member of the Foothills Athletic Conference for most varsity and middle school sports. In total, Davidson Day School fields 13 middle school level programs and 16 junior varsity and varsity programs.
Davidson Day Athletics routinely dominates play in the FAC and FAMA and takes great pride in being one of the top programs in the NCISAA 2-A classification.
