A Strong Lead in the First Half Secured the W

The DDS girls lacrosse team hosted South Iredell on Wednesday, April 3 and came out on top in the contest. Turnovers, ground balls, and interceptions by Grace Meister, Kate Robers, Delaney Brown, Aicha Kaouss, Caroline Dickson, Laura Luster, Estella Sawyer, Audrey Hanson, Lauren Meister, Delaney Brown, and Melanie Minaya propelled the women to 12 goals and kept South Iredell to 8. Goalie Libby Otto had 14 saves.
