Students:

1. Download the Davidson Day app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Your username is your Davidson Day email
3. You will be prompted to sign in with Google using your Davidson Day email

Parents and guardians:

1. Download the Davidson Day School app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Your username is the same email address you use to log in to Patriot Connect
3. Select Forgot My Password
4. Follow the password reset link sent to your email to create your password

• Home: Here you will find Davidson Day's news and blog posts alongside the school calendar, pulled directly from Patriot Connect. Additionally, in the top-right corner, you will see your notifications inbox and account settings. See below to learn more about setting your notifications.
• Chats: Under the Chats tab, you will find your Chat Rooms and Direct Messages. Students, parents, and guardians can direct message their teachers and class Chat Rooms.
• Calendar: The Calendar pulls directly from Patriot Connect. In the top right corner of this tab, you can select which calendars you would like displayed (ex. arts, Middle School, etc.)
• Patriot Connect: This tab takes you directly to log in to Patriot Connect.
• More: Under the More tab, you will find additional helpful links, such as social media, the Parent Education Hub, resource boards, and lunch ordering.

On the Home tab, in the top right corner, you will see a gray circle with your initials. These are your account settings. After selecting this circle, select 'Notifications.' Here you can decide how you want to receive notifications from the app. You can elect to receive all Chat notifications, Chat notifications only on certain days and times, Chat reminders, etc. Additionally, under 'Subscribe to mailing lists,' you can elect to receive the Patriot Brief via mobile app notification. Select settings that are preferable to you.
