Summer Camp at Davidson Day is a great opportunity for fun, with options to fill every child's interest and every family's schedule.
In Summer 2019, we offered seven full weeks of camp beginning on June 3, 2019 and a special session we call “Week A” for archaeology, a four-day camp taught by Davidson Day faculty member Mat Saunders. We do not offer any camps during the week of July 1–5, 2019.
We’re pleased to share that many of our camps are organized and run by Davidson Day faculty, staff, and coaches. Other camps are run by vetted, approved summer camp providers (notably Bricks 4 Kidz, Mad Science, Techsplorers, and Michelle in the Middle).
Our camps are typically half-day camps, with morning sessions that run 9 am–12 pm and afternoon sessions that run 1–4 pm. There are some full-day camp offerings that have different start or end times and these are noted as such in the brochure. Similarly, some camps do not run the full five days of the week. You will find helpful reference links posted at Right, including a detailed Camp Brochure and an At-A-Glance Schedule.
We also offered before and after camp childcare, and supervised lunches for students enrolled in both a morning and afternoon camp.
