Our Leadership
Strong leadership shapes strong schools. At Davidson Day, our senior administrative team and Board of Trustees serve as thoughtful stewards of our mission, ensuring that every decision reflects our commitment to excellence, integrity, and the success of our students. Their work may often happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in every classroom, program, and opportunity we provide. With a clear focus on the future, they thoughtfully guide the school while honoring the values and traditions that define us.
Our leaders bring diverse professional expertise and perspectives, guiding Davidson Day with both innovation and care. They model the very core values we seek to instill in our students—approaching challenges with courage, taking ownership of the school’s future, demonstrating resilience in a changing world, and leading with empathy for our community. Through their dedication and vision, Davidson Day continues to be a place where students are prepared not only for academic success, but for lives of meaning and impact.
Board of Trustees

The Davidson Day Board of Trustees is a volunteer group of parents, alumni, and community members who govern the school on behalf of its mission. Acting collectively, the Board provides fiduciary oversight, strategic guidance, and long-term stewardship in partnership with the Head of School.
