TECHNOLOGY HELP DESK Assistant. User support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action for teachers, staff, and students. This position must respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on all copy machines, printers, desktops, tablets and laptops, including operating system installation, troubleshooting, administration, and maintenance of Windows, Microsoft Office and Adobe Products; resourcefulness on Mac OS X is a plus.

Full or Part-time Position Available. $10 - $12 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

TECHNOLOGY NETWORK SERVER TECHNICIAN Experienced IT professional with a full understanding of servers and hard drives, active directory and system administration. Responsible for keeping the day-to-day data, communications, and technology-related operations of the school running smoothly and effectively with limited down-time due to technological impediments and with minimal supervision and oversight. Must be customer-oriented as “the face” of the IT department and know how and when to cost-efficiently seek to contract work for optimizing resources and obtaining results within budget. Minimum 2-year degree in Computer Science/IT course of study; 4-year degree preferred

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently

• Excellent Customer and Peer Relations Skills

• Two years hands-on network, server, and end user support experience
